Örgüt Ortamında Artarak Yükselen Olumluluk: Pozitif Örgüt Okulu Bakış Perpektifi

Öz



Amaç: Çalışmamızda aşırı rekabetçi yönetim anlayışının
zorlayıcı ve baskıcı örgüt iklimlerinin yerine güvenin, esnekliğin, basiretin,
merhametin ve yüksek derecede pozitif enerjinin hüküm sürdüğü pozitif örgütsel
ortamların geliştirilmesine odaklanan pozitif örgüt okulu ve bu perspektifin oluşturduğu
olumlu örgüt ortamına odaklanılmıştır. Pozitif
örgüt okulu, İnsan doğasındaki iyiliğe ve insanın pozitif potansiyeline
odaklanarak en mükemmel durumlara ulaşmayı hedeflemiştir. Söz konusu okul
yardımlaşma, ahenk, uyum, anlam ve erdem ile beslenen organizasyonlar ve bu
organizasyonlarda kendilerini iyi hisseden mutlu ve verimli çalışanları
hedeflemiş ve bu anlamda örgüt bazında çalışmaları tetiklemiştir. Çalışmamızda
pozitif örgüt anlayışına göre örgütlerin pozitif bir bakış açısıyla nasıl daha
olumlu örgütler haline geldikleri araştırılmıştır.


Tasarım/Yöntem: Bu çalışmada Pozitif Örgüt Okulu bakış
açısının, örgütsel anlamda olumlu çıktılara ve olumlu atmosfere olan etkisi
incelenecektir. Pozitif bakış açısıyla yönetilen örgütlerde artan olumlu atmosfer
ile ilgili kavramsal bir inceleme yapılmıştır.

Sonuçlar: Alan
yazını incelemesinin sonucunda pozitif bakış açısı ve pozitif eğilimli
yönetimin örgüt içerisinde artaran yükselen olumluluk eğilimine yol açtığı ve
örgütsel performans, bireysel performans, örgütsel bağlılık, örgütsel güven ve
benzeri pozitif çıktılara sebep olduğu görülmüştür.
