Genel Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği’nin Kırgız Kültürüne Uyarlanması ve Psikometrik Özelliklerinin İncelenmesi

Öz

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Genel Öz-Yeterlik Ölçeği'ni (GSE) Kırgız kültürüne uyarlayıp psikometrik özelliklerini incelemektir. Öz-yeterlik, kişinin yaşamının çeşitli yönlerini etkileyebileceğine ve çeşitli alanlarda ortaya çıkan zorluklarla baş edebileceğine olan inancıdır.
Yöntem: Çalışma nicel araştırma desenlerinden survey desenine göre tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmada dört farklı örneklemden veriler toplanmıştır. Örneklemlerin belirlenmesinde basit tesadüfi örnekleme tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. verilerin analizinde SPSS ve AMOS programları kullanılmıştır.
Bulgular: Araştırma, ölçeğin Kırgız kültürü bağlamında geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin test edilmesinin yanı sıra üniversite öğrencilerinin genel öz-yeterlik düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesi aşamalarını da içermektedir. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirliği açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri, Crombach's Alpha değeri kullanılarak test edildi ve elde edilen değerlerin yeterli kanıt oluşturduğu görüldü.
Sonuç: Analiz sonucunda orjinali Almanca olan genel öz yeterlik ölçeği Kırgız kültürüne geçerli ve güvenilir bir şekilde uyarlandı.

Адаптация Шкалы Общей Самоэффективности К Условиям Кыргызской Культуры И Исследование Психометрических Свойств

Öz

Цель: Целью данного исследования была адаптация шкалы общей самоэффективности (ШОС) к кыргызской культуре и изучение ее психометрических свойств. Самоэффективность - это вера в то, что человек может влиять на различные аспекты своей жизни и справляться с трудностями, возникающими в различных сферах.
Методы: Исследование было разработано в соответствии с дизайном опроса, одним из количественных исследовательских дизайнов. Данные были собраны на четырех различных выборках. для определения выборок использовался метод простой случайной выборки. Для анализа данных использовались программы SPSS и AMOS.
Выводы: Исследование включает в себя этапы проверки валидности и надежности шкалы в контексте кыргызской культуры, а также изучение уровня общей самоэффективности студентов университета в зависимости от различных переменных. Валидность и надежность шкалы проверялись с помощью эксплораторного и конфирматорного факторного анализа, значения альфа Кромбаха, и полученные значения были признаны достаточными для подтверждения.
Результаты: В результате проведенного анализа оригинальная немецкая шкала общей самоэффективности была адаптирована к кыргызской культуре валидным и надежным образом.

Adapting the General Self-Efficacy Scale to Kyrgyz Culture and Examining its Psychometric Properties

Öz

Aim: The aim of this study was to adapt the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) to Kyrgyz culture and examine its psychometric properties. Self-efficacy is the belief in one's ability to influence various aspects of one's life and to cope with difficulties that arise in various areas.
Method: The study was designed according to survey design, one of the quantitative research designs. Data were collected from four different samples. Simple random sampling technique was used to determine the samples. SPSS and AMOS programs were used to analyze the data.
Results: The study included the stages of testing the validity and reliability of the scale in the context of Kyrgyz culture as well as examining the general self-efficacy levels of university students according to various variables. The validity and reliability of the scale were tested using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses and Crombach's Alpha value, and the values obtained were found to provide sufficient evidence.
Conclusion: As a result of the analysis, the original German general self-efficacy scale was adapted to the Kyrgyz culture in a valid and reliable way.
