Zoulal Mansouri is a senior lecturer at Hassan II University in Casablanca. She earned her Master's in linguistics from the University of East Anglia in England and holds a translator's diploma from the University of Geneva in Switzerland. As a Fulbright Scholar at the University of South Florida, she completed her PhD and participated in a research team focused on qualitative studies. Her research addresses higher education, particularly educational policy and student affairs, including dropout and retention issues. Zoulal Mansouri is a permanent member of the Laboratoire de Recherche en Management des Organisation at Hassan II University and is affiliated with the Athens Institute for Education and Research, a World Association of Academics and Researchers in Greece. 

Professor of International Relations, Universitas Gadjah Mada

Ario Wicaksono has been an assistant professor at the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Science, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, since 2009. He completed his PhD in political science and policy studies at the Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis, University of Canberra, Australia. He has research interests in Policy transfer and learning, Knowledge and policy intersection, Public sector organization, and Cultural policy and heritage studies.

Novi Paramita Dewi is an assistant professor at the Department of Public Policy and Management, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She earned her doctoral degree in Theoretical Economics (National Development) at the Institute of South-South Cooperation and Development, Peking University. Her research focuses on the issues related to environmental policy and development, development management, and subjective well-being. Her latest work is related to the economic cost of air pollution on mental health in Indonesia.

Doç. Dr. Erhan Kılınç, 2000 yılında Başkent Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Sağlık Kurumları İşletmeciliği Bölümü'nden (tam burslu) mezun oldu. 2000-2010 yılları arasında hem özel sektörde hem de kamu sağlık sektöründe idari görevlerde bulundu. 2009 yılında Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Sağlık Yönetimi Anabilim Dalı'nda yüksek lisans eğitimine başladı ve 2012 yılında programı başarıyla tamamladı. 2011-2017 yılları arasında Kilis 7 Aralık Üniversitesi Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu'nda Öğretim Görevlisi olarak görev yaptı. . 2013-2016 yılları arasında Kilis 7 Aralık Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü İşletme Anabilim Dalı'nda doktora eğitimini tamamladı. 2021 yılında Yönetim ve Strateji alanında Doçent unvanını aldı. Halen Selçuk Üniversitesi Beyşehir Ali Akkanat İşletme Fakültesi'nde öğretim üyesi ve Uluslararası Ticaret ve İşletme Bölüm Başkanı olarak görev yapmaktadır. Kılınç üç derginin (JAPSS, SAYOD, JOHMAL) genel yayın yönetmen yardımcısıdır. Sağlık yönetimi, örgütsel davranış, yönetim ve organizasyon, stratejik yönetim, insan kaynakları yönetimi alanlarında çok sayıda yayını bulunmaktadır.
