In this study; it is aimed to determine the opinions of school administrators about the situation, time, place, the groups and the reasons of the violence incidents experienced in the level of students, teachers, administrators and parents in official high schools in Bursa. Phenomenological design, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. The research sample consists of 54 official high school administrators. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers was used as a data collection tool in the study. Interviews were held with 54 school administrators. The data were analyzed with categorical content analysis and frequency analysis, which are among the types of content analysis. Results have been obtained based on the research findings. It can be said that, the fact that violence is experienced more intensely in vocational and technical high school because students experience more intense uncertainty about determining goals for the future and in sports high schools may be due to the fact that students participate more in physical activities, have more physical strength and have difficulty controlling their physical strength when they get angry because they have difficulty in controlling their anger as of their age.
