STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS IN HEALTH CARE ORGANISATIONS

Öz

Stakeholder analysis is a strategic management tool that generate knowledge about the relevant actors in the development and implementation of a policy. Although stakeholder analysis is essential in health care sector, it has been seen that there were limited studies in the literature. In addition there is not sufficient information about which steps need to be monitored when stakeholder analysis perform. The aim of this study is fill this gap in the literature and reveal a guiding literature information for the future studies. For this purpose in this study, the definition and importance of stakeholder analysis, intended use and methods, stakeholder analysis in health care organisations and stages were mentioned. As a result, generalise the stakeholder analysis in health care organisations and need to use both in the development and implementation stages of a policy were pointed out

Öz

Paydaş analizi bir politikanın geliştirilmesinde ve uygulanmasında ilgili aktörlere ilişkin bilgi toplanmasını sağlayan bir stratejik yönetim aracıdır. Sağlık sektöründe paydaş analizi oldukça önemli olmasına karşın literatürde yer alan çalışmaların sınırlı sayıda olduğu görülmektedir. Ayrıca analiz gerçekleştirilirken hangi adımların izlenmesi gerektiğine ilişkin ulusal literatürde yeterli bir bilgi bulunmamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı literatürdeki bu boşluğu doldurmak ve ileride bu konuda yapılacak olan çalışmalara yol gösterici literatür bilgisi ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak paydaş analizinin tanımı ve öneminden, kullanım amacından ve yöntemlerden, sağlık kurumlarında paydaş analizinden ve aşamalarından bahsedilmiştir. Sonuç olarak sağlık kurumlarında paydaş analizinin yaygınlaştırılması ve politikaların hem geliştirilmesi hem de uygulanması aşamalarında kullanılması gerektiği ifade edilmiştir.
