Today, there are significant differences between countries in terms of entrepreneurship activity. Among the factors affecting such difference are cultural support and entrepreneurial features. Since such two factors are involved in the parameters affecting entrepreneurship activity and they positively affect the entrepreneurship activity, they were found to be worth examining at the micro level in this study. In addition, in this study which was conducted to determine that the entrepreneurial feature and cultural support factors are important components in providing the conditions required to create the intention to start a business, as well as in encouraging and developing entrepreneurship, the data was obtained through face-to-face questionnaire method with the undergraduate students at Zonguldak Vocational School. The data obtained were subjected to content analysis and evaluated using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 24.0 programs. As a result of the evaluation, it was found that there is a positive and low level significant relationship between the main independent variables, entrepreneurial features and cultural support, and the dependent variable, the intention to start a business. It was also found that there is again a positive and low level significant relationship between the sub-independent variables, entrepreneurial confidence and entrepreneurial orientation, and the dependent variable, the intention to start a business.
