Öz

Generally, whistleblowing (Miceli and Near, 1985) is a behavior of the employee of the organization who is aware of the illegal acts and behaviors contrary to the current legislation and the ethical principles accepted by the society as a whole, which may be influenced by such actions or behaviors, or by the organization or persons who can prevent these actions and behaviors.Whistleblowing is repoting behavior of contradictions to ethical and legal values that occurs in organizations. The person who carries out the information event is called the whistleblower. The concept of whistleblowing is a process that can take place actively or passively in and out of the organization. Whistleblowing process is basically similar to individual selection and decision making processes. The governance of the whistleblowing process is essential for creating an ethically transparent organization. However, the process can have different results in terms of the whistleblower and the person or organization being reported. In this study, whistleblowing concept, whistleblowing process and execution of the process will be tried to analyze the situation in educational organizations.
