International Journal of Public Finance–IJPF (E-ISSN: 2548-0499) is an international peer-reviewed, open-access e-journal publishing original articles on the scope of public finance, emphasising topics about public finance theory, public economics, budgeting, fiscal law and fiscal history.

Established in 2016, IJPF is supported by the International Public Finance Conference/Türkiye and is biannually published in June and December. IJPF is indexed in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), TUBITAK ULAKBIM TR Dizin, SciLit, DRJI, SIS, SOBIAD, and Idealonline.

IJPF is an electronic and open-access journal published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC) license. In addition, IJPF adheres to the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition of open access. Creating derivative works is not covered by the BOAI and thus requires permission from the Global Justice Network.

IJPF adheres to the ethical principles set out by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) across all components of the publication process. Manuscripts submitted to IJPF should be in accordance with the ethical principles and publication policy.
