Yanık Yarasında Tamamlayıcı ve Destekleyici Tedavi Uygulamaları: Sistematik Derleme

Öz

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı yanık yarasında kullanılan tamamlayıcı ve destekleyici tedavi uygulamalarının etkisini sistematik olarak incelemektir.

Gereç ve Yöntem: 2009-2019 yılları arasında EBSCOhost, Pubmed ve Cochrane veri tabanlarında “Burns and medicine and traditional and nursing “, “Burns and complementary and medicine and nursing”, “Burns and complementary and alternative medicine” anahtar kelimeleri taranmıştır.

Bulgular: Ulaşılan 379 makaleden dâhil edilme kriterlerine uyan 9 makale çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır.

Sonuç: Yanık yarasının bakımında kullanılan tamamlayıcı ve destekleyici tedavi yöntemlerinin incelendiği bu çalışmada; bal, propolis, zeytinyağı, deniz iğdesi karışımı, olea merhemi ve asetat mafenitin kullanıldığı belirlenmiştir.

Complementary and Supportive Treatment Practices in Burn Injury: Systematic Review

Öz

Objective: The aim of the study is to systematically examine the effect of complementary and supportive treatment practices used in burn injury.
Material and Method: The keywords “Burns and medicine and traditional and nursing”, “Burns and complementary and medicine and nursing”, “Burns and complementary and alternative medicine” were scanned in the EBSCOhost, Pubmed and Cochrane databases between 2009-2019.

Results: Out of 379 articles reached, 9 articles that meet the inclusion criteria were included in the study.

Conclusion: In this study, in which complementary and supportive treatment methods used in burn wound care were examined; It was determined that honey, propolis, olive oil, sea buckthorn mixture, olea ointment and acetate mafenite were used.
