I completed my Master's and Doctorate in Business Administration at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University. I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Customs Business Administration at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Seydikemer UBYO. My areas of interest are international trade, marketing, international marketing, consumer behavior.

She is a professor teaching and research in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Social Audit, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Negotiation Techniques at the University of Craiova, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Romania. She was visiting Professor teaching and research in Cross-Cultural Management, Human Resources Management, Intercultural Management at universities in France, Poland, and Latvia.
Professor Adriana Burlea-Schiopoiu was invited as the keynote speaker for many international conferences in France, Portugal, Albania, Lebanon, India, Indonesia, Iraq, and Turkey. She is a member of many organizing committees of the national and international journals and conferences. She stimulated and encouraged the cooperation between her university and the other universities around the world (for example, cooperation with staff and teachers from other International Universities in various scientific projects – For example, universities from France, USA, UK, Swiss, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Norway, and Holland). She published in prestigious journals, for example, Journal of Cleaner Production, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Environmental Management, International Journal of Finance & Economics.

Dr. Sobia Hassan has obtained her PhD from IAS, University of the Punjab, and currently working as an Incharge at the Department of Public Administration, Lahore College for Women University, Lahore. Before that she did her MPA from IAS, and M.Phil from (LBS) University of Lahore. She worked as a head coordinator in International Conferences and International Seminars for the Department of Public Administration. She is also an Editorial board member of the Journal of Management and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Management and Administrative Sciences, LCWU. She is an active faculty member and presented her work at various prestigious National and International Conferences in the field of Management. Mihaela Pop, PhD is a university lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences in Târgu Jiu, Romania. She teaches courses in Civil Law, Private International Law, and European Union Law, and since 2024 she has served as Head of the Department of Public and Private Law.

Dr. Pop obtained her PhD in Law from the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Police Academy in Bucharest and holds a Master’s degree in Community Business Law from “Vasile Goldiș” Western University of Arad. She has extensive academic and professional experience in legal education, research, and legal practice, including work as a legal consultant and certified mediator.

Her research interests focus on private international law, European law, civil law, and contemporary legal challenges arising from globalization and digitalization, including the legal implications of artificial intelligence and cross-border legal relations. She has authored and co-authored several academic books and numerous scientific articles published in journals and presented at international conferences.

Dr. Pop actively participates in international academic events and collaborative research initiatives, contributing to interdisciplinary discussions on the evolution of legal systems in the digital age.
