Türkiye’de Eğitim Alanında Örgütsel Sessizlik: Sistematik Literatür Taraması (2015-2023)

Öz

Bu çalışma Türkiye’de 2015-2023 yılları arasında Yök Tez, Dergipark ve Tr Dizin veri
tabanlarında eğitim alanında örgütsel sessizlik üzerine yapılan makale ve tezleri sistematik
literatür taraması yöntemi ile analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma amacı doğrultusunda
elde edilen tez ve makalelerin yıllara göre sayıları, araştırma yöntemleri, değişkenleri,
örneklemleri, anahtar kelimeleri ve içerikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulguları arasında
örgütsel sessizlik çalışmalarının sayıları göz önüne alındığında Türkiye’de eğitim sektöründe
oldukça önemi artan bir alan olduğunu göstermektedir. Araştırma yöntemi olarak büyük kısmı nicel araştırma yöntemi ile araştırmaların gerçekleştirdiği görülmektedir. Özellikle
nicel yöntemlerin yoğun olarak kullanıldığı belirlenirken, nitel ve karma yöntemlerin daha
sınırlı kaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, ilkokul ve ortaokul düzeyindeki öğretmenler üzerine
odaklanılırken, lise ve anaokulu öğretmenlerinin daha az araştırmaya dahil edildiği
görülmüştür. Bu durum, eğitim kademelerine yönelik araştırmalarda örneklemin dengeli bir
dağılım olmadığını göstermektedir. Araştırmanın diğer önemli bulguları ise; örgütsel
sessizlik eğitim alanındaki çalışmalarda hangi değişkenler ile birlikte incelendiği, bu
değişkenler ile nasıl bir korelasyon olduğu, nitel araştırmaların içeriklerinin nasıl olduğu ve
hangi anahtar kelimelerin öne çıktığı tespit edilmiştir

Organizational Silence in the Field of Education in Turkey: Systematic Literature Review (2015-2023)

Öz

This study aims to analyze the articles and theses written on organizational silence in the field
of education in the Yök Tez, Dergipark and Tr Index databases between the years 2015-2023
in Turkey using the systematic literature review method. In line with the research purpose, the
numbers of theses and articles obtained by year, research methods, variables, samples,
keywords and contents were examined. Considering the number of studies on organizational
silence among the research findings, it shows that it is an area of increasing importance in the
education sector in Turkey. It is seen that the majority of the research is conducted with the
quantitative research method as the research method. It was determined that quantitative
methods were used intensively in particular, while qualitative and mixed methods were more
limited. In addition, it was observed that while the focus was on primary and secondary school
teachers, high school and kindergarten teachers were included in the research less. This
situation shows that the sample is not a balanced distribution in studies on educational levels.
Other important findings of the research are; It has been determined which variables
organizational silence is examined with in studies in the field of education, what kind of
correlation there is with these variables, what the content of qualitative studies is like and which
keywords are prominent
