The Strategic Role of Incentives for Women's and Youth Employment in Organizations

Öz

This study aims to examine the effects of employment incentives under Law No. 6111 on business management and strategies. Through an analysis of Hatemoğlu and Diva Kuyumculuk, the research evaluates the role of these incentives in shaping human resources policies, aligning with strategic goals, and creating competitive advantages. Beyond their direct impact on employment rates, the study also highlights how these incentives contribute to sustainable business growth and corporate social responsibility strategies. By leveraging these incentives, businesses can restructure their human resources policies, adopting more innovative and inclusive approaches in recruitment and career development. The study employs a case study methodology, a widely used qualitative research approach, to analyze the micro-level application of these incentives. Hatemoğlu and Diva Kuyumculuk, operating in different industries, were selected for their strategic use of Law No. 6111 to enhance women’s and youth employment. These companies stand out in the retail and jewelry sectors with their strong corporate structures and innovative human resources strategies. By focusing on these firms, the study aims to contribute to the literature by assessing not only the economic impact of these incentives but also their role in business management, human resources policies, and corporate social responsibility transformations.
