SYSTEM THINKING

Abstract

In general, operation research to solve real problem, it does not intend to reach ideal, it aims to reach better decision according to the values and inferences and use system approach to find 40 solution to the problem. In this study, system thinking is intended to explain. System thinking considers problem from a holistic perspective. Considering all the aspects and all relationships between components for solving problem constitutes system thinking. Systems thinking are a management discipline that concerns an understanding of a system by examining the linkages and interactions between the components that comprise the entirety of that defined system. So many problems that plagues today are complex, includes many actor. Dealing with such problem is difficult and traditional solution is getting more difficult problem in future. So system thinking is to seeing big picture. By seeing big picture it is possible to think of new possibilities that did not come up with previously. It can be said that in future system approach help decision makers to design and develop system.

SİSTEM DÜŞÜNCESİ

Öz

Yöneylem araştırması, gerçek problemlerin çözümünde çoğu durumda ideale ulaşmayı değil, değer yargıları ve çıkarımlara uygun daha iyi kararlara ulaşmayı hedefler ve sorunların çözümünde sistem yaklaşımını kullanır. Bu çalışmada, problemleri bütünsel bakış açısıyla ele alan sistem düşüncesini açıklamaya yöneliktir. Sistem yaklaşımı, basit bir anlatımla probleme bütünsel bakarak, tüm yönlerini düşünerek ve sistemin tüm bileşenleri arası ilişkileri göz önünde bulunduran bir problem çözme yaklaşımıdır. Bu yaklaşım bir problemi çözmek için neler yapılması gerektiğini, problemin ortaya çıkışı ile birlikte hangi iç ve dış etmenlerin dikkate alınması gerektiği, bileşenler arasındaki ilişkilerin probleme etkileri gibi unsurları dikkate alarak her türlü probleme nasıl yaklaşılması gerektiğini kendi bakış açısı ile ortaya koyar. Sistem yaklaşımı modelleme aşamaları, modelleme uygulama alanları ve sistem yaklaşımı çeşitleri çalışmada ele alınmıştır. Sistem yaklaşımının daha etkin sistemlerin tasarlanması ve geliştirilmesinde gelecekte de karar vericilere ışık tutacağını söyleyebiliriz
