Ortaokul Öğrencilerine Yönelik Fen Tabanlı Girişimcilik Ölçeği: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışması

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokul
öğrencilerinin girişimci tutumlarını belirlemeye yönelik bir ölçek
geliştirmektir. Bu doğrultuda öncelikle literatürde ortaokul düzeyindeki
öğrencilere kazandırılabilecek girişimci özellikler belirlenmiş ve bu
özelliklere yönelik maddelerden oluşan taslak form oluşturulmuştur. Bunun
yanında taslak form görüş ve önerileri alınmak üzere uzman görüşlerine
sunulmuştur. Son hali verilen form Kahramanmaraş ilçe merkezinde 6 ortaokulda
öğrenim gören toplam 966 5-8. sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır.
Gerçekleştirilen açımlayıcı faktör analizi ve hiyararşik kümeleme analizi ile
ölçeğin yapı geçerli sağlanmıştır. Ayrıca ölçme aracında yer alan her bir
maddeye ilişkin standart sapma, madde-toplam puan korelasyonları, aritmetik
ortalamalar, alt ve üst %27’lik gruplar için madde ayırt edicilik güçleri
hesaplanmıştır. Faktörler arasında ilişkiye bağlı olarak Promax döndürme
tekniği kullanılmıştır. Diğer taraftan güvenirlik için Cronbach Alfa güvenirlik
katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Analizler sonucunda “risk alma”, “takım çalışması” ve
“zamanı etkili kullanma” faktörlerinden oluşan 23 maddelik “fen tabanlı
girişimci tutum ölçeği” geliştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin tamamına ilişkin güvenirlik
katsayısı .81 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlara bağlı olarak analiz sonuçlarının
farklı illerde benzer örneklemler üzerinde yürütülecek araştırma bulgularıyla
kıyaslanabileceği söylenebilir. Ayrıca ortaokul öğrencilerinin girişimci
tutumlarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelendiği alan taraması türünde
araştırmalar yürütülebilir.

Science-Based Entrepreneurship Scale for Middle School Students: A Validity and Reliability Study

Öz

The aim of this research is to develop a scale for determining the science-based entrepreneurship skills of middle school students. A total of 966 students from 6 different middle schools attending 8th-5th grades participated in this research. Data was obtained from the 5-point Likert type scale with 13 items. Factorial validity of science-based entrepreneurship scale was verified through both Promax rotation, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Hierarchical Cluster Analysis (HCA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). In this context, standard deviation, item-total score correlations, arithmetic average were calculated for each item in the measurement tool. All the factors explained 55.34 % of the total variance. Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients were calculated- for total scale .76. The four factors that resulted in the construct validity of the scale were named as “Taking Risk”, “The Need of Success”, "Teamwork", and “Effective Communication”. Depending on these results, it can be said that studies examining in terms of various variables of middle school students' entrepreneurship skills can be conducted.
