This study focused on the concept of Green Hotels, which has gained importance in parallel with the increasing perception of sustainability after the pandemic, and systematically examined the academic literature published between 2020 and 2024. A total of 87 articles included in the study from SCOPUS and WOS databases using the PRISMA protocol were synthesized using the TCM (Theory-Context-Method) and ADO (Antecedents-Decisions-Consequences) frameworks. Within the scope of the research, the existing knowledge on the subject was summarized, theoretical and practical inferences were developed, and finally, suggestions for future research were presented. In summary, the results obtained showed that the rising importance of green hotels plays a role in the increase in the perception of environmental sustainability. It was determined that theories such as the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Theory of Consumer Behavior are frequently used in explaining consumers' green hotel preferences. It is emphasized that green certificates increase consumer confidence and online comments are effective on consumers' green hotel preferences.
