Öz
This paper aims to develop a “likert” type scale which has the conditions of reliability
and validity to evaluate the EU Projects, previously called Comenius School Projects and now
Strategic Partnerships, in terms of the contributions to schools. The sample of the research was
applied to 250 randomly selected teachers working in 11 schools which carried out a EU Project
in Manisa. In data analysis process, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis
and reliability analysis were used. According to the analyses results, the scale was composed
of 31 items and 5 sub-scales. These sub-scales were named as Institutional Development,
Personal/Professional Development, Social Development, Language Learning and Cultural
Development. The internal consistency of the scale was computed by using Cronbach Alpha
and it was revealed that the results derived from this dataset had high reliability. As a result
of this research, a valid and reliable scale which can be used to determine the perceptions of
teachers about the contributions of EU Projects.
