Öz
The primary objective of this study is to examine the impact of employees' technological readiness and career commitment on work-family conflict (WFC). Data were collected via a survey from 231 employees. The data were analyzed using correlation and regression analysis in SPSS. The study results indicate that employees' technological readiness levels do not affect work-to-family conflict, while career commitment, on the other hand, reduces work-to-family conflict. The research contributes to considering the adaptability dimension of role theory within the context of technological advancements. It also offers practical implications for practitioners regarding the factors affecting career commitment.

Öz
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, çalışanların teknolojik hazır bulunuşlukları ve kariyer bağlılıklarının, işten aileye olan çatışma üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, 231 çalışandan anket yoluyla veriler toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS programında korelasyon ve regresyon analizi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; çalışanların teknolojik hazır bulunuşluk seviyeleri işten aileye olan çatışmayı etkilemezken, diğer taraftan kariyer bağlılığı ise işten aileye olan çatışmayı azaltmaktadır. Çalışma, rol teorisini teknolojik gelişmelere uyum boyutuyla ele alarak literatüre katkıyı artırmaktadır. Aynı zamanda uygulamacılar açısından, kariyer bağlılığını etkileyen faktörlerin dikkate alınmasına yönelik pratik çıkarımlar sunmaktadır.
