THE PROJECT OF STRENGTHENING
OF THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION FROM
PROJECT TO APPLICATION (SVET)
(Sample Of Afyonkarahisar)
Öz
The Project of Strengthening of the Vocational Education and Training
System in Turkey(SVET), has been come true which is important to provide it in
terms of the integration of Vocational Technical Training System as for entering
the European Union (EU) and the ability of Turkey to compete with other
mainstream economies of the world. In this research, it has been tried to get the
opinions and suggestions of people who apply the process of application from
the project to reality via a developed survey items.
As the result of the research, it has been found that the Project hasn’t
been adequately introduced to the technical teachers and school administrators
who will be responsible of applying SVET who are unaware of the module contents
and they reflect the problems of application of the Project without using
the modular system beforehand. It is important that the applicability and future
of the Project is based on these people who will apply the Project. The SVET,
which will improve the quality of technical education, will be got to the aim
easier that is wanted by making adequate infrastructure and educating the
people who will apply it too.

PROJEDEN UYGULAMAYA MESLEK EĞİTMİN
GÜÇLENDİRİLMESİ PROJESİ (MEGEP)

Öz
Türkiye, dünyanın önde gelen ekonomileri arasında rekabet edebilirliği
ve Avrupa Birliği’ne giriş bağlamında Mesleki Teknik Eğitim Sisteminin entegrasyonunu
sağlayabilmesi açısından önemli olan Mesleki Teknik Eğitimin
Güçlendirilmesi Projesi(MEGEP)’ni hayata geçirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, projeden
uygulamaya geçişte MEGEP’le ilgili uygulayıcıların görüş ve önerileri, geliştirilen
anket maddeleri ile alınmaya çalışılmıştır.
Araştırmanın sonucunda, MEGEP’in uygulanmasını üstlenecek teknik
öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerine projenin yeterince tanıtılmadığı, ilgililerin
modül içeriklerinden habersiz oldukları ve modüler sisteme geçilmeden
MEGEP’in uygulamasının aksaklıklara yol açacağı ortaya çıkmıştır.
Unutulmamalıdır ki; proje uygulanabilirliği ve geleceği uygulayıcılara bağlıdır.
Mesleki teknik eğitimde kaliteyi artıracak olan MEGEP ile yeterli alt yapı oluş-
turularak, uygulayıcıların eğitimi de sağlanarak istenilen amaca daha kolay ula-
şılacaktır
