KAMU ÇALIŞANLARINDA ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK VE PRESENTEEİSM ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ: KARS İL ÖRNEĞİ

Öz

Örgütsel bağlılık, örgütün değerleriyle çalışanların değerlerinin
özdeşleşmesi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Presenteeism, çalışanın hasta olmasına
rağmen dinlenmek yerine çalışması durumunu ifade eder. Bu araştırma örgütsel
bağlılık (normatif, devamlılık ve duygusal bağlılık) ile presenteeism (işte
varolmama) arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada
50 PTT çalışanından anket tekniğiyle veriler toplanmış ve SPSS paket
programıyla analizler yapılmıştır. Sonuçlar örgütsel bağlılık ile presenteeism
arasında orta düzeyde olumlu yönlü bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir. Demografik
değişkenler açısından elde edilen sonuçlarda ise yaş grupları arasında bir
farklılık olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.
