TARİHİ ESER LOJİSTİĞİ ÜZERİNE NİTEL BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Öz

Kültürel mirasımızın önemli unsurlarından birisi de tarihi eserlerdir. Tarihi eserler Dünya’nın ve Türkiye’nin farklı bölgelerinde sergilenmektedir. Tarihi eserler sergi alanlarına taşındığı süreçte bazı risk faktörleri meydana gelmektedir. Bu çalışma tarihi eser lojistiği hakkında bilgi vermek ve tarihi eser lojistiğinin uygulama süreçlerini detaylıca incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Türkiye de Uluslararası Sergi ve Güzel Sanatlar Taşıyıcıları Kuruluşu (İCEFAT) üye üç lojistik şirketten oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri İCEFAT üyesi lojistik şirketlerinin yöneticileriyle 1-15 Temmuz 2025 tarihleri arasında yüz yüze mülakat yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizi sürecinde MAXQDA 2020 programı aracılığıyla içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları doğrultusunda; tarihi eser lojistiğinin sigortalanması sürecinde olumsuzluklar yaşandığını, her tarihi esere uygun ambalajlama yönteminin olduğu, tarihi eserlerin taşınmasında özel elbiselerin giyildiği, tarihi eser taşımacılığı sürecinde kullanılan gps ve iklimlendirme cihazlarının bulundurulduğu ve tarihi eser lojistiğinde karşılaşılan sorunlar olduğunu ifade etmişlerdir. Elde edilen bulgulardan yola çıkılarak tarihi eser lojistiği süreçlerinde izlenilmesi gereken stratejiler sunulmuştur. Gelecekteki araştırmacılar araç içerisindeki tarihi eserlerin taşınması sırasında şok ve titreşimlerin etkisini ölçen araştırmaların yapılması önerilmektedir.

A Qualitative Research on Historical Artifact Logistics

Öz

Historical artifacts are one of the most important elements of our cultural heritage. Historical artifacts are exhibited in various parts of Turkey and the world. Certain risk factors arise during the transportation of historical artifacts to exhibition venues. This study aims to provide information about historical artifact logistics and to examine in detail the implementation processes of historical artifact logistics. The research sample consists of three logistics companies in Turkey that are members of the International Organization of Exhibition and Fine Arts Transporters (ICEFAT). Data were collected through face-to-face interviews with managers of these logistics companies, which are members of ICEFAT, between July 1 and 15, 2025. Content analysis was conducted using the MAXQDA 2020 program during the data analysis process. Based on the research findings, participants stated that there are problems in the insurance process for historical artifacts, including the use of appropriate packaging methods for each historical artifact, the use of special clothing during the transportation of historical artifacts, the availability of GPS and air conditioning devices during the transportation of historical artifacts, and the difficulties encountered in historical artifact logistics. Based on the findings, strategies to be followed in historical artifact logistics processes are presented. Future researchers are encouraged to conduct research measuring the effects of shock and vibration during the transport of historical artifacts within vehicles.
