A Study on Levene and Bartlett Tests
Öz
In this study, the problems which may arise from using Bartlett and Levene tests for the control of variances homogeneity are investigated. The differences in the performance of MINITAB 14 and SPSS 13 software in the Levene test are discussed. In addition, the shortcomings of these software are pointed out in terms of the testing homogeneity of vari-ances and some solution approaches are also suggested.
