Year 2025, Volume: 11 Issue: 22, 61 - 71, 30.06.2025

Abstract

This study examines the concept of translation consciousness in multilingual individuals, focusing on the role of linguistic awareness and translation strategies. Translation consciousness encompasses the linguistic and cultural processes that individuals are aware of when transferring meanings from one language to another. The research evaluates the development and impact of translation consciousness in various contexts, such as multilingualism, translation technologies, and multilingual education. It provides an in-depth analysis of how translation technologies transform individuals' translation processes and the influence of multilingual education on translation consciousness. As a result, it is observed that translation consciousness enhances linguistic and cultural awareness and supports effective communication in both academic and professional contexts.

Çok Dillilerde Çeviribilinç: Farkındalık ve Stratejiler

Year 2025, Volume: 11 Issue: 22, 61 - 71, 30.06.2025
