Psychological empowerment, as well as the performance and efficiency of working in this direction is important in order to increase organizational performance and productivity.In this context, importance is given to studies related to the topic of today‟s organizations and management practices in line with the findings given in the behalf of the arrangements are made.Research in this direction, Psychological Empowerment Scale examine the relationship between the four dimensions of affective commitment with the organization and contribute to the literature on the subject this aspect.Which comes within the scope of the research conducted to determine the relationship between these variables as a result of correlation and regression analysis, Psychological Empowerment Scale “Meaning Size” and “Autonomy / Selection Size” of the employees, the organization identified a positive impact on the levels of affective commitment.

PSİKOLOJİK GÜÇLENDİRME VE DUYGUSAL BAĞLILIK: EMNİYET TEŞKİLATI ÖRNEKLEMİ

Öz

Psikolojik güçlendirme, hem çalışan performansının ve verimliliğinin hem de bu doğrultuda örgütsel performansın ve verimliliğin artırılması için önemlidir. Bu bağlamda günümüz örgütlerinde konu ile ilgili çalışmalara önem verilmekte ve elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda yönetsel uygulamalara yer verilmesi adına düzenlemelerde bulunulmaktadır. Araştırma da bu doğrultuda, Psikolojik Güçlendirme Ölçeği’nin dört boyutu ile örgüte duygusal bağlılık arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmış ve bu yönüyle konu ile ilgili literatüre katkıda bulunulması amaçlanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında söz konusu edilen bu değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesine yönelik yapılan korelâsyon ve regresyon analizleri sonucunda, Psikolojik Güçlendirme Ölçeği “Anlam Boyutu” ve “Özerklik/Seçim Boyutu”nun, çalışanların örgüte duygusal bağlılık düzeylerini pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
