Gençlik Liderlik Özellikleri Ölçeği: Güvenirlik ve Geçerlik Çalışması

Öz

Bu araştırmada, ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin gençlik
liderlik özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme
aracının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma İstanbul ilinde, 2014-2015
eğitim öğretim yılında 1123 öğrenciye uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliliği
için Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA)  ve
Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) 
yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, ölçeğin 40 maddeden ve 7 faktörden
oluştuğu belirlenmiştir. Bu faktörler, 
mücadele isteği ve hedef koyma, iletişim kurabilme,  grup becerileri, güven duyma ve güvenilir
olma, karar verme becerileri, problem çözme becerileri ve sorumluluk olarak
belirlenmiştir. Ölçeğin tamamına ilişkin güvenirlik için hesaplanan Cronbach’s
Alpha iç tutarlık katsayısı. 92 olarak belirlenmiştir. Faktörlerin
güvenirliklerine dair hesaplanan 
Cronbach’s Alpha iç tutarlık 
katsayılarının .70 ve .80 arasında değiştiği görülmüştür.  Daha sonra yedi faktörlü yapının Doğrulayıcı
Faktör Analizi (DFA) ile doğrulandığı görülmüştür. Bu çalışma kapsamında
geliştirilen Gençlik Liderlik Özellikleri Ölçeğinin geçerli ve güvenilir bir
ölçme aracı olduğu görülmüştür.
