Prof. Lindita Xhanari (Latifi) 29 Mart 1969'da Tiran'da doğdu.
Yüksek öğrenimini 1991 yılında Tiran Üniversitesi Tarih ve Filoloji Fakültesi Diller ve Edebiyat Bölümü'nde tamamladı.
1996 yılından bu yana Tiran Üniversitesi Tarih ve Filoloji Fakültesi Dilbilim Bölümü'nde gramer alanında uzman öğretim görevlisi olarak çalışmaktadır.
Hem öğretim alanında hem de bilimsel çalışmalar alanında kapsamlı bir profesyonel kariyere sahiptir2004-2006 döneminde lisansüstü eğitimine devam etti ve Mart 2009'da Tarih ve Filoloji Fakültesi Dilbilim Bölümü'nde "Dilbilim Bilimleri Doktoru" unvanını aldı. Eylül 2009'da Docent unvanını ve Mayıs 2014'te Dilbilim alanında Profesör akademik unvanını aldı.
Araştırmacı Lindita Xhanari (Latifi) yurt içinde ve yurt dışında birçok konferans, seminer ve bilimsel kongreye katılmış olup (yaklaşık 90), özellikle Karşılaştırmalı Dilbilim alanında katkı sağlamaktadır. Arnavutluk Bilimler Akademisi Arnavutça Dili Akademik Konseyi Arnavutça Yabancı Kelimelerin Transkripsiyon Komisyonu üyesi ve aynı zamanda TDK (Türk Dil Kurumu) temsilcisidir. Lindita Xhanari (Latifi), Tiran Üniversitesi Tarih ve Filoloji Fakültesi tarafından "Yunus Emre" Enstitüsü ile işbirliği içinde düzenlenen Osmanlı Yaz Okulu'nun birkaç yıldır koordinatörü ve yöneticisidir.
Iki yıldan beri Lindita Xhanari Latifi, Tiran New York Üniversitesi (Maarif Vakfı) Balkan Araştırmalar Enstitüsü Müdürüdür.
Türkiye'de ve Balkanlar'ın çeşitli ülkelerinde çok sayıda (yaklaşık 45) bilimsel konferansın Bilim Kurulu üyeliğinin yanı sıra, Türkiye'de birçok bilimsel dergide Bilim Kurulu üyeliği ve bilimsel hakemlik yapmaktadır.

Biography
Maksud Asadov Husenovich was born on July 4, 1979, in the village of Iskogare, Shafirkan district, Bukhara region, in a teacher’s family. His nationality – Uzbek. He is a citizen of Uzbekistan and a member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.
He studied at the 8th secondary school from 1986 to 1996 in Shafirkan district of Bukhara region. Then he became a student of Bukhara State University’s Uzbek philology faculty and graduated with honors in 2000.
In 2000-2002, he studied at the Master’s degree in Literature at Bukhara State University.
In 2003-2006, he worked as a teacher at Kibray Academic Lyceum under Tashkent State Agrarian University.
In 2006-2009, he studied at the Post-graduate course of the Institute of Uzbek Language, Literature and Folklore of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences
In 2009-2011, he worked as a teacher at Mirabad Academic Lyceum under the Tashkent Institute of Railway Engineers.
In 2011-2017, he worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Uzbek Language, Literature and Folklore of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences
In 2017, under the guidance of Doctor of Philology Ibrahim Hakkulov, he successfully defended his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) dissertation on the topic “The character of the lyrical hero and the scientific content in Uzbek classical poetry”.
In 2017-2018, he worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Uzbek Language, Literature and Folklore of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences
In 2018, he was admitted to the doctoral program of the Institute of Uzbek Language, Literature and Folklore of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences
The subject of Maksud Asadov’s Doctor of Philological Sciences (DSc) dissertation was registered in the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Uzbekistan Republic with the number № B2018.1.DSc/Fil123. The topic of his dissertation work was announced in the Bulletin of the Higher Attestation Commission №. 1 of 2018 under the name “Sakinameh in Uzbek classical literature (genesis, stages of development, poetic features)”.
The dissertation submitted by Maksud Asadov for the degree of Doctor of Philological Sciences was discussed at the extended meeting of the Institute of Uzbek Language, Literature and Folklore of the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences on 15.01.2020, and the degree-granting Dsc. 27.06.2017. The Scientific Council №. 46.01 was asked to accept the dissertation for defense.
Dissertation of Maksud Asadov on 03.06.2020 at the Institute of Uzbek Language, Literature and Folklore Dsc. 27.06.2017.Fil.46.01 was discussed at the scientific seminar of the Scientific Council and recommended for protection. Reviewers: Doctor of Philological Sciences, prof. B. Tokhliev and Doctor of Philological Sciences, prof. H. Boltaboev gave a positive conclusion to his work.
Maksud Asadov’s poetry books “Year of Light” and “Burning Stone” as well as monographs “Sakinameh in Uzbek classical literature” and “Scientific content and Spiritual image” were published. About 80 articles devoted to scientific, socio-political fields were published in republican and foreign magazines.
He is a member of the boards of several organizations and magazines:

Vilnius’ta dünyaya gelir. Araştırmacı, Türkolog, Tercüman 1988 yılında Vilnius Üniversitesi’nden mezun olduktan sonra Vilnius Üniversitesi Filoloji Fakültesi Slav Bölümü Litvanya Tatarları Bilim Dalı’nda araştırma görevlisi olarak göreve başlamıştır. Litvaya Tatarlarının resmi temsilcisi olan ve 2012–2015 yılları arasında Litvanya’da “Milli Azınlık Kurulu”nun başkanlığını yürüten Vilnius Üniversitesi Filoloji bölümünde Türkoloji alanında çalışan Mişkiniene, 2001 yılında “Litvan Filoloji ve Yabancı Dil (Türkçe)” ve 2008 yılında “Asya araştırmaları ve Türkoloji” programlarının kurucusudur. “Eski Litvan Tatarlarının El Yazmaları (İnceleme–Metin–Tercüme)” adlı monografi ile beraber Litvanya Tatarları’nın Tarihi, Kültürü, Geleneği ve Dini üzerine birçok makale ve kitap yazmıştır. Orhan Pamuk ve Ayşe Kulin’nin romanlarını Litvancaya çevirerek Türk edebiyatının Litvanya’da tanınmasına katkı yapmaktadır.
