BASED EXAMINATION OF REACHING LEVEL OF THE FATIH INTERACTIVE CLASS PROJECT MANAGEMENT COURSE'S OBJECTİVES
Öz
In this study, it was aimed examination in accordance with the opinion of the according to
various variables to achieve the objectives of the level of interactive classroom management [ICM] online training
organized as part of FATIH project. This study carried out with participation of 37 teachers who received ICM
online training organized as part of FATIH project. Survey of Teachers' Opnions of About Fatih Project Interactive
Classroom Management-Service Training was used as data collection tool. The level of achieving the objectives of
the ICM was investigated in seven dimensions. Descriptive data analysis method was used in analyzing data of
study. Kruskal Wallis test, descriptive statistics, mean and frequency were calculated in the analysis of quantitative
data. The content analyse was applied in the analysis of qualitative data. According to the results of the study, it has
been identified that it can be reached a limited extent determined criteria in only 3 of the 7 dimensions. The other
four dimensions remained below average size. The level of reaching the goals set of the participants have been
found to have a similar distribution in term of gender and length service variables in ICM in-service training
activities. However, It concluded that the branch variable has impact on the level of reaching the goals set of the
participants.
