Tedarik Zinciri Bilgi Yönetiminin Tedarik Zinciri Performansı Üzerindeki Etkisinde Tedarikçi Entegrasyonunun Aracı Rolü

Öz

Günümüzde rekabet edebilirlik için tedarikçilerle entegrasyon son derece önemlidir. Firmaların tedarikçileri ile entegre olabilmeleri için ise tedarik zincirinde bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımına önem vermeleri ve bilgiyi yönetmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu amaçla bu çalışmanın sorunsalı tedarik zinciri bilgi yönetiminin tedarik zinciri performansı üzerindeki etkisinde tedarikçi entegrasyonunun aracılık rolünü araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla ihracatçı ilk 1000 firma içerisinden seçilen 96 firmadan anket ile veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmada öncelikle ölçeklerin yapı geçerliği ve güvenilirliği test edilmiştir. Bu amaçla keşfedici ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ile güvenilirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Veriler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz neticesinde tedarik zinciri bilgi sistem altyapısının tedarik zinciri bilgi teknolojileri kullanımını anlamlı olarak etkilediği ve bilgi teknolojileri kullanımının da tedarik zinciri bilgi yönetimini anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca tedarik zinciri bilgi yönetiminin ve tedarikçi entegrasyonunun tedarik zinciri performansını anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan aracılık testi sonucunda tedarik zinciri bilgi yönetiminin tedarik zinciri performansı üzerindeki etkisinde tedarikçi entegrasyonunun aracılık rolü bulunduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.

Öz

Today,integration with suppliers is extremely important for competitiveness. In order for companies to integrate with their suppliers, they should attach importance to the use of information technologies in the supply chain and manage the information. To this end, the problematic of this study is to investigate the mediator role of supplier integration in the impact of supply chain information management on supply chain performance. For this purpose, data were collected by surveys from 96 companies selected from the first 1000 companies. In the research, the construct validity and reliability of the scales were first tested. For this purpose, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes and reliability analysis were performed. Data were analyzed with structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the supply chain information system infrastructure significantly affected the use of the supply chain information technologies and the use of information technologies significantly affected the supply chain information management. Also, it was found that supply chain information management and supplier integration significantly affect supply chain performance. As a result of the mediation test which was done, it was found that supplier integration has a mediating role in the effect of supply chain information management on supply chain performance.
