He graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, in 2001. He completed his master's degree at Bilkent University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, between 2001 and 2004 [Representation(s) of Topkapı Palace]. He completed his Ph.D. at Bilkent University, Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, between 2018 and 2021 (Development of a Mixed-Method Approach to Analyze Walkability: A Case on Two Urban Residential Neighborhoods in Ankara).

In 2005, he began his professional career in Ankara. He worked as a freelance interior architect after working at Alparda Furniture, Craft312, and Burkay İnşaat. Since 2016, he has served as the founding partner of Saba Proje company.

He gave lectures at Ankara Çankaya University between 2014-2018, at Ankara Başkent University and Atılım University between 2018-2022, and at Ankara TOBB Economy and Technology University in the summer of 2022. In September 2022, he was employed as an assistant professor and joined the faculty of Başkent University's Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design.
