Rasim Serdar Kurdoglu received his Ph.D. degree from University of Leicester School of Business (graduated in Nov 2018). While doing his PhD, he worked as a teaching assistant (associate tutor) at the same institution. Dr. Kurdoglu’s academic qualifications also include MSc Engineering Management/Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University, MSc (Distinction) Management and International Business from Nottingham Business School, MBA from Yeditepe University, and BSc Economics from Hacettepe University. Prior to his academic career, he had 10 years of business experience in banking and national defence industries.
Dr. Kurdoglu’s research broadly aims to explore how different types of reasoning and argumentation can shape managerial and entrepreneurial decision-making. In his research, he often brings together elements of cognitive and moral psychology, decision sciences, and ethics.
