Lisans Eğitimine Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi, Ünye İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesine 2000 yılında işletme bölümünde başlayan Berberoğlu 2004 yılında bu fakülteden mezun olmuştur.  Aynı Üniversitenin Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, işletme Ana Bilim Dalında sırasıyla yüksek lisans ve doktora eğitimini tamamlamıştır. 2009 Yılında Artvin Çoruh Üniversitesinde göreve başlayan Berberoğlu halen bu üniversitede doçent doktor olarak görev yapmaktadır. Dr. Jesús García Laborda holds a Bachelor's degree in English Philology (1988, Universidad Complutense de Madrid), a Master's in ESL (University of Georgia), a Master's in Foreign Languages and Literature (University of Wisconsin), a PhD in English Philology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), and a European Doctorate in Didactics (Universidad Complutense de Madrid). He has earned four teaching merit periods, three in research, and one in knowledge transfer. He served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia and the University of Wisconsin. Additionally, he has been a Visiting Scholar at Penn State University and the University of Antwerp, and has delivered courses and seminars in Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Cyprus, Turkey, Colombia, and Brazil and delivered keynote speeches in Moscow, Cairo, Istanbul, Lisbon, Prague, Budapest, Athens and many other places. He also delivered a webinar on technology in language testing for the ILTA Association of Language Testing.

He currently lectures in the doctoral programs at Ablai Khan University (Kazakhstan), Turan University (Kazakhstan), and serves as acting coordinator at UNIE University, as well as in master's programs at Universidad Católica de Ávila, UNED, and Universidad de Jaén. He has been principal investigator in four R&D projects and has participated in eight others. He has also led six teaching innovation projects at Universidad de Alcalá and Universidad Politécnica de Valencia.

Since 2013, he directs the high-performance research group RELTS, which includes researchers from the Instituto Franklin-UAH. In 2017–2018, he was interim director of the TAEG Knowledge Center (Northern Cyprus), where he continues to hold various positions. He has authored over 270 publications in research, teaching, and knowledge transfer.

Between 2019 and 2025, he served as Dean of the Faculty of Education at Universidad de Alcalá, and from 2016 to 2019, as Director of the Department of Modern Philology at the same university. He is currently the Academic Dean of the Cardenal Cisneros University Center. He also serves as President of the European Association of Languages for Specific Purposes and is a full member of the Castilla-La Mancha School Council.

He is Executive Editor of the journal Encuentro (ESCI/Web of Science), Editorial Director of Global Journal of Foreign Language Teaching (SCOPUS/ESCI pending), International Journal of Learning & Teaching (SCOPUS/ESCI pending), Associate Editor of Journal of Universal Computer Science (JCR/SCOPUS), and editorial board member of International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Learning (ESCI), as well as scientific committee or reviewer for 15 other impact journals (JCR/SCOPUS/ESCI). His areas of expertise include language teaching, assessment, educational technology, and bilingual education.

Mykola Biloshkurskyi holds a PhD in Economics (2010) and possesses over 20 years of teaching experience. He is the author of approximately 140 scientific publications, of which about 20 are indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Dr. Biloshkurskyi has been an active expert of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for conducting scientific and scientific-technical expertise since 2022. He has conducted over 20 expert evaluations. Additionally, he serves as the lead executor of the fundamental research project No. 0123U101614 titled “Strategic Design of Innovative Business Environment to Enhance Human Security in Wartime and Postwar Conditions,” funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. His research interests encompass the financing of innovative security for the national economy, the theoretical and methodological foundations of financial management in industrial enterprises, and creative tools for enhancing human security during wartime.
