Responsibilities of the Editorial Board

The journal editor decides whether the article submissions made to the journal are appropriate and whether they will be published. The editor's decision is based on the originality of the article and whether it complies with the journal's policy, not on the race, gender, religious ethnicity, and political views of the author. Editors adopt the principles of meeting the information needs of the journal stakeholders, providing feedback when necessary, and acting according to the principles of openness in matters that require correction and/or explanation during the publication process. The editorial board of the journal prepares the information and explanations needed for the authors. Updates them as needed. The editor does not share personal information about the application.

The referees should evaluate the article directed to them impartially and on the basis of confidentiality. Reviewers should refuse to evaluate the article in cases where there is a conflict of interest or a shared interest. If the referees are not able to make an evaluation within the stipulated time, if it is not related to their field of expertise or if they have seen an ethical problem, they should inform the editor. Referees should make the evaluation in a constructive manner in accordance with academic ethics and etiquette. While evaluating, personal comments containing insults and hostility should be avoided.

Authors Responsibilities

Authors should adhere to the ethical rules of publication in their work. Authors should clearly demonstrate the originality and objectivity of their work. It is not appropriate to submit the same article to more than one journal at the same time. Authors should determine the similarity rate in their articles and send it to the journal if it does not exceed the 20% limit, excluding the bibliography. If the article was produced from a graduate thesis or a project and presented in a scientific meeting (symposium, congress, etc.), it should be stated on the first page of the article.
