For Authors: In accordance with its publication policy, the Journal of Akdeniz University Faculty of Law requires that only individuals who have made a genuine contribution to the work be listed as authors. The author(s) must declare that there are no personal or financial conflicts of interest related to the study. This declaration must be completed by the author(s) before publication using the relevant form available in the Documents section of the journal’s website, signed (wet signature), and uploaded in PDF format.

For Reviewers: If reviewers suspect any conflict of interest in relation to the manuscript they are evaluating, they must inform the editorial office and, if necessary, decline to review the manuscript. To prevent conflicts of interest, individuals affiliated with the same institution as the manuscript’s author(s) cannot serve as reviewers for that submission.

For Editors: Editors must have no personal or financial conflicts of interest related to the manuscripts under consideration.
