Cappadocia Journal of Gastronomy, Food and Tourism Studies aims to publish original research articles in the fields of Gastronomy, Food, Tourism and Marketing, focusing primarily on sustainability. Cappadocia Journal of Gastronomy, Food and Tourism Studies is published twice a year in June and December as Summer and Winter issues.
