Cihannuma: Journal of History and Geography Studies is a peer-reviewed, biannual journal, published in July and December, by Izmir Katip Celebi University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Cihannuma accepts all sorts of publications pertaining to humanities and social sciences, though priority is given to works in fields of history, geography, and historical geography.

Our journal aims to contribute to the studies in field of humanities and social sciences in both national and international level by bringing together scholars publishing in field of humanities and social sciences and prompting them to share their knowledge and experiences.
