Mevlut ERSOY obtained his B.S. degree in computer engineering from Gazi University Ankara, Turkey in 2007. He completed his Masters degree in Computer Engineering from Suleyman Demirel University, Turkey in 2012. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Suleyman Demirel University Department of Computer Engineering in 2016. He works as an Associate Professor in Suleyman Demirel University Computer Engineering Department since 2024. His research interests include New Generation Wireless Technologies, Video Streaming.

Prof. Dr. Özel Sebetci is a Professor of Information Systems and the Head of the Department of Computer Technologies at Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Türkiye. His academic background includes undergraduate studies in Economics and Business Administration, followed by graduate education with a strong interdisciplinary orientation. He earned his doctoral degree in the field of Informatics from an interdisciplinary Graduate School of Science, with a particular focus on information systems and digital technologies.

His research interests broadly encompass management information systems, technology acceptance and adoption, digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications, decision support systems, and data-driven organizational analysis. In recent years, his scholarly work has increasingly concentrated on artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital leadership, e-government systems, health informatics, and human-centered AI applications.

Prof. Sebetci has published extensively in national and international peer-reviewed journals indexed in SSCI, Scopus, and ESCI, and has served as a reviewer and editorial board member for several academic journals. He is currently involved in editorial responsibilities as a section editor, contributing to the evaluation, guidance, and advancement of high-quality scholarly research in the fields of information systems, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation.

In addition to his academic responsibilities, Prof. Sebetci is actively engaged in applied research, interdisciplinary projects, and academic–industry collaboration. He is the founder of a technology-focused company operating within a university technopark, where he works on AI-driven analytics, decision support platforms, and digital transformation solutions. His academic and professional activities aim to bridge rigorous theoretical research with real-world technological and organizational challenges.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah ORMAN began his academic career in 2003 as a Research Assistant at the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, Gazi University. He received his first bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Teaching in 2001, and his second bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering in 2022. He completed his M.Sc. (2005) and Ph.D. (2012) degrees in Electronic-Computer Education.

Since 2018, he has been serving as a faculty member in the Department of Computer Technologies at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. Dr. ORMAN has taken part in several national and international research projects as both researcher and project coordinator.

His research interests include data mining, cybersecurity, computer networks, big data analytics, and intelligent transportation systems. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals, presented papers at international conferences, and contributed to various scientific and academic activities.
