The manuscripts submitted to Education & Youth Research for publication should be original studies that were not published before or not submitted to anywhere else for publication.

Authors who submit their studies to Education & Youth Research should acknowledge that they have to transfer the copyright of their studies to Gelecek Sensin Dernegi. The editorial board of the journal is authorized to publish the study. Nonetheless, the following rights are reserved:
- Patent rights,
- All unregistered rights apart from copyright,
- Duplication rights on condition that the study is not sold,
- The right to use the whole or parts of the study in the author's own books or other academic studies on condition that reference is given,
- The right to publish the study on personal websites or open archive of their university on condition that the copyright details are provided.

Those authors who will submit their studies to Education & Youth Research have to fill in the "Copyright Transfer Form". Copyright Transfer Form have to be signed by the responsible author. Responsibility belongs to the signing author. Please fill in the form, sign it and upload it to the system with your application. The studies whose copyright transfer form is not received by the journal will not be published.

Author(s) who submit an article to the Journal of Education and Youth Research -EYOR is also deemed to have clearly accepted and undertake the followings.

The Copyright Transfer Form must be signed by the corresponding author. All responsibility belongs to the author who signed. Please fill in the form, sign it and send it to us with your application.

1. The post file is in the form of a Microsoft Word document file.
2. The study has been prepared in terms of form (form requirements), content and presentation according to the journal directive and journal writing rules.
3. All sources included in the study and used in the study loaded to the Journal of Education and Youth Research through the Journal system to be evaluated for publication, were cited in line with scientific research methods and ethical principles.
4. If the study belongs to more than one person, all authors have a direct and joint contribution in academic-scientific terms.
5. This study is an original work of the author (s).
6. All authors have seen the final version of the submitted article and approved their results.
7. The study cannot be a study that has not been sent to a place for publication in any way before and / or has been accepted for publication and / or is held to be published in another journal, and it cannot be published in another scientific journal until the evaluation process of the "Journal of Education and Youth Studies" is completed. it will not be sent to the evaluation process for publication.
8. There was no ethical violation regarding the subject / subjects used in the study, and all data collection methods used were acted according to scientific ethical principles.
9. All processes regarding the evaluation of the study (referee reports, editor notes, etc.) are not / will not be shared with third parties.
10. The copyright of the articles accepted for publication belong to the Gelecek Sensin Dernegi.
11. The opinions and suggestions in the articles are entirely the responsibility of the authors.
12. If the study is a summary or a shorter version of this study previously presented at a scientific meeting, this is stated in the article.
13.  The Journal of Education and Youth Research and its related boards have no responsibility for the work, and all responsibility belongs to the author(s) in the case of claims to be requested by third parties or lawsuits to be filed due to copyright infringement.
14. Although there were no criminal elements or statements against the law in the study, no illegal method was used during the research, all legal permissions were obtained for the study and ethical rules were followed.
15. The author(s), who have uploaded/sent a study to be evaluated for publication in the Journal of Education and Youth Research, are deemed to have read all the above-mentioned points and committed/accepted with their own free will.
