Earl Jones Muico is an Associate Professor at UM Tagum College. An AB English graduate with a master’s degree in Language Teaching. He is very passionate about public speaking. His passion for the craft bore fruit, wherein students he coached won several public speaking contests. His knowledge in public speaking is not just limited to theories but also in contextualized applications. In fact, he has been the host of multiple events, which include local and international conferences. He believes that public speaking is a craft that is not learned in books but is acquired through constant and meaningful practice.

I am a Teacher Educator for more than two decades, having specialization in teaching of social sciences, curriculum development, teacher education and educational administration and management. I am guiding research scholars at the graduate and doctorate level wherein my scholars have worked on shadow education, sociological influence on the performance of Mathematics , mental maps etc.
Latika Gupta is a teacher educator at the Department of Education, University of Delhi. She teaches courses in educational theory, curriculum studies, sociology of education and peace education.
She previously worked for the National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), contributing to the development of social and political life (SPL) textbooks for the upper-primary grades and EVS textbooks for the primary grades. She has coordinated the production of two graded reading series for children to learn to read. One of them is in Hindi and the other is in Tibetan. She did a massive study on corporal punishments in schools for the NCPCR (National Commission for the Protection of Child Rights)
She spearheaded a major reform project on the teaching of Tibetan in refugee schools in India.She was a Fulbright Fellow to the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA and a FUR Fellow for Dalai Lama Studies in 2022. a foundation established by the Nobel peace prize given to His Holiness The Dalai Lama.
She is Assoc. Prof. Dr. in the Department of Educational Sciences at Sakarya University Education Faculty. She eraned her PhD and associate professor degrees in the field of Educational Administration and Supervision. Her academic interests consist of sustainable development and education, teacher training, organizational psychology, sustainability, organizational resilience, technology in administration, women leadership, work engagement, entrepreneurship, lifelong education, micro-credentials. She has got more than 100 publications such as articles, books, etc. Some of her courses at graduate and undergraduate level consist of Sustainability in Education, ICT in Education, School Development, Classroom Management, Comparative Education, Contemporary Approaches in Educational Management, etc. She has experiences as co-coordinator and researcher in seven European Projects on quality education, empowering prospective teachers, decreasing inequalities. She has been the coordinator in 10 international conferences, and also the editor of two journals. She has experiences in different managerial positions such as co-head of department, deputy manager of research center, co-coordinatorship on sustainability etc. She is also the coordinator of the first micro-credential program for HEI students in Turkey.
