5. Turnitin Evaluation Report (It is the similarity rate report taken from the Turnitin Program by the author)

6. Manuscript Correction Report: It is the report prepared by the author by marking all the corrections made in the article with red color, if the referee decides to correct the article after the referee evaluation process is completed (major/minor).

7. Response to Reviewers: It is a report that responds to the referees' corrections, criticisms and suggestions, if the referee decides to correct the article after the referee evaluation process is completed (major/minor).
