Submissions to HADITH are evaluated by at least two reviewers through double-blind peer review. The identities of reviewers are not disclosed to authors, and the identities of authors are not disclosed to reviewers.

Review steps

1. Open the manuscript through the link in the invitation email or from your DergiPark User Panel, and accept or decline the invitation.
2. After accepting, download the review file.
3. Complete the online review form and select your decision: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject.
4. If you have made corrections on the text, upload the file to the system. Make sure the file contains no information that could reveal your identity (comment author names, document properties).

Evaluation criteria

• Does the work make a new and significant contribution to the field?
• Does the abstract accurately reflect the content of the work?
• Is the methodology clear and consistent?
• Are the conclusions supported by the findings?
• Does the work adequately cite the relevant literature?
• Is the language and style adequate?

Reviewers are expected to justify their decision with an explanation of at least 150 words in the review form.

Timeline

Reviews are expected to be completed within [21] days of accepting the invitation. If you are unable to complete the review within this period, declining the invitation will help speed up the assignment of a new reviewer.

Confidentiality and conflicts of interest

• The manuscript under review is a confidential document and may not be shared with others without the editor's permission.
• The manuscript or any part of it may not be uploaded to artificial intelligence tools.
• If you have a conflict of interest with the author, or believe you know who the author is, inform the editor and withdraw from the review.
• If you notice plagiarism, duplicate publication, or any other ethical violation, report it to the editor.
• If blind peer review is not maintained, the manuscript is rejected outright.

Revision stage

If you requested revisions, the revised text may be sent back to you for verification. At this stage, you only need to check whether the requested corrections have been made.
