HADITH is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are freely available to readers from the date of publication, without any fee, registration, or embargo period. The journal does not charge authors any submission, review, or publication fees.

The journal adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI). Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license and may be read, downloaded, shared, and adapted, provided that appropriate credit is given and the use is non-commercial.
