Writing Rules

IAAOJ (International Anatolia Academic Online Journal), which started its publication in 2013 and published three times a year, is a refereed, international, electronic journal.

Our journal also includes trial, compilation and translation publications that will contribute to the academic platform, provided that research articles of different specialties are prioritized. The articles to be published in our journal should be delivered to the relevant editor on the electronic system after they are arranged according to the IAAOJ template. The submitted articles must not have been published elsewhere or evaluated for publication, and the Itenticate affinity rate must be below 20%. Candidate articles that do not satisfy these conditions are sent back to the author without review. Studies that pass the pre-control are evaluated by 2 referees who are experts in their fields. The articles that receive positive reports are published after the final decision to be made by our journal. Any responsibility for the articles published in our journal belongs to the relevant author / authors.


Important: More than one work of the same author (s) cannot be published simultaneously within IAAOJ. In such cases, the author / s will have the right to publish a preferred work.

The authors / s who carry out their work within an institution should obtain the permissions to be obtained prior to their research and experiments in writing from the authorized units; In order for the candidate articles to start the referee process, they must upload the permit document together with the work to the system.

If it is necessary to obtain “Ethics Committee Approval” in the article; The authors should declare that they have obtained the ethics committee approval-approval in the "Method" section and upload the ethics committee document to the system.

Author names and institutions should not be in the main document of the article. This information will be entered at the stage of sending the article to the journal. After the publication of the publication, all authors must sign the copyright form and send it to the journal address by e-mail. Starting from the acceptance of the publication of the work, the author (s) transfer all rights of the article to IAAOJ.

The author (s) agrees that they will not publish the study in another language or location without permission.

Manuscripts sent to the journal for publication should not have been previously published in another journal or sent to any journal simultaneously.

Manuscripts prepared from papers presented at scientific meetings can be sent to the journal, provided that they are not fully published. If the sent letter was previously presented at any meeting, the name of the meeting, the date and the city in which it was organized should be specified.

Incoming articles are pre-reviewed by the editors. Manuscripts that are not suitable for publication purposes can be directly rejected or sent back to the author for the purpose of publication and publication rules without being evaluated by the referee.

The articles deemed appropriate for the scope of the journal enter the referee evaluation process.

Among the articles deemed appropriate for the scope of the journal, original clinical and experimental research articles, reviews and case reports class articles enter the peer review process.

The Editorial Board is empowered to propose corrections and changes that it deems necessary during the preparation of articles submitted to the journal in line with the comments and suggestions of the referees.

All written texts should be written in 12-point font “Times New Roman” 1.5 lines (with 6 nk, 6 nk paragraph setting) spaced apart.

If there are "review" or "add comment" sections in your article, remove them.

2.5 cm space should be left at the edges of the page.

Please do not make page numbering in your article.

The titles included in the article (INTRODUCTION, METHOD, FINDINGS, DISCUSSION, RESULT, RESOURCES) should be left justified and capitalized.

Turkish articles are mandatory for English articles.


Application letter, title, authors and institutions, contact address, Turkish and English title of the article, Turkish and English summary will be uploaded at the relevant stages. Turkish abstracts should be added to the studies written in English. The full text language of scientific papers can be Turkish or English. The title should fully express the content of the article.




In the research type articles, the main text should contain the sections "Introduction", "Methods and Materials", "Findings", "Discussion and Results", "Thanks", "Resources" and "Tables and Figures", each separated by titles. The sections in case report, review, and technical writing types may differ depending on the content of the article.




Title page

The title of the manuscript should be written on the first page in all of the articles, and the full name and surname (s) of the author (s) should be listed in the same line with the title (s).
