Journal of Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University Faculty of Law (JIYYUFL) is a refereed journal that covers legal issues and problems at national and international levels.
JIYYUFL is published twice a year, in July and January. Our journal accepts qualified scientific studies written in the field of law and related fields. The studies to be sent must be written in Turkish, German, English or Arabic, in the form of a research article, compilation article, decision review, work evaluation or translation.
The article acceptance for the 2025/2 issue of our journal to be published in July started on February 1, 2025 and will end on June 1, 2025.
Authors who want to contribute to our issue must send their works, which they will prepare in accordance with the journal publication principles, through the Dergipark system within this date range. The citation format accepted for the articles to be published in the journal has been published on the Dergipark website, and articles that do not comply with this format will not be evaluated. Therefore, it is important to examine the Journal Writing Rules in detail when preparing articles to be sent to the journal.
Our journal is open access and will be published online only as of 2024.
JIYYUFL suspended its publication life between 2013-2024. It resumed publication in 2024 within the scope of Volume 2 and was published as a single issue in this volume due to the summer term. As of 2025, Volume 3 will continue from Issue 1 and will be published twice a year.
