Journal of Izmir Faculty of Medicine is a peer-reviewed open access national/international journal that publishes clinical and experimental researches, case reports and clinical images, letters to the
editors, reviews and video presentations. Our journal is the official publication of Health Sciences University Izmir Faculty of Medicine and is published online four times a year, in March, June, September and December. The publication languages of the journal are Turkish and English.
Our journal will not charge any fee for article processing or submission.

Moreover
Ethics committee approvals obtained in accordance with the "editor policy" of the articles sent to the Journal of Izmir Faculty of Medicine should be stated in the "MATERIALS AND METHODS" section of the article. The publications with a similarity report of more than 20%, studies that do not have ethics committee approval and whose copyright transfer form is not signed by all authors will not be evaluated for publication in our journal.
