Guide for Authors

Refereed “Journal of Economics, Business, and International Relations” is an academic publication of Kültür University and accepts submissions following a double-blind peer review process. The journal is published biannually. The opinions expressed in the articles are solely those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board reserves the right to make necessary editorial and grammatical adjustments without altering the essence of the text. Proper citation is mandatory for any reference to content from the journal.

Articles in the fields of Economics and Administrative Sciences are accepted in both Turkish and English.

No fees are required for account creation, article submission, peer review, or publication stages. Authors must create an account via “DergiPark” to submit their articles for consideration. Use the following link for registration: https://dergipark.org.tr/register/.

Articles are first reviewed by the Editorial Board. If deemed suitable for the journal's publication policy, the articles are sent to two external reviewers unaffiliated with the authors' institutions.

4.2. Language Proficiency

4.3. Scientific Adequacy: For research articles, the methodology must be detailed and supported with appropriate references. While field research is not mandatory for review articles, the use of a scientific methodology in the analysis is essential.

4.4. Compatibility of the article topic with the journal's scope

4.5. Plagiarism Rate: Submissions are checked using iThenticate or Turnitin similarity reports. Articles with a similarity rate of 20% or less are accepted for peer review. If no similarity report is provided, the author will be asked to submit one.

5) If the reviewers request revisions or modifications, the feedback is shared with the author.

6) In case of differing reviewer opinions, a third reviewer is assigned to the article.

7) Once the author has made the necessary revisions, the article is resubmitted for peer review.

8) Articles that receive "Publishable" approval from both reviewers are accepted for the next issue.
