1. Articles submitted for publication in the Journal of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University must be prepared according to the journal's writing guidelines.

2. Authors wishing to submit articles for publication in the The Journal of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University must take into account the journal's editorial principles.

3. Authors wishing to submit articles for publication in the The Journal of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University must sign the Copyright Transfer Form and upload it to the system.

4. In the decision of ULAKBİM dated February 25, 2020, it is stated that "For all scientific disciplines, separate ETHICS COMMITTEE APPROVAL must be obtained for studies requiring ethics committee approval on clinical and experimental studies on humans and animals, this approval must be stated and documented in the article."

5.  In case of revision request from the author, the author is obliged to respond to the requests of the reviewers separately in the Reviewer Response Form and mark the corrections on the text with different colors.

REVIEWER GUIDELINES

1. Research articles written in Turkish or English are accepted and published in the Journal of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences. 
2. Reviewers conduct the article evaluation process using the "MAKU FEBED Article Evaluation Form". Double Blind peer review method is used in the evaluation process of articles submitted for publication in the The Journal of Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University. In this method, the identities of the authors and reviewers are kept confidential.
3. Articles sent to the reviewers are expected to be evaluated within 30 days. In case this period is exceeded, editors make a new reviewer appointment and withdraw the request from the previous reviewer.
   
4. In ULAKBİM's decision dated February 25, 2020, it is stated that "For all scientific disciplines, separate ETHICS COMMITTEE APPROVAL must be obtained for studies requiring ethics committee approval on clinical and experimental studies on humans and animals, this approval must be stated and documented in the article." Articles that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
5. Articles submitted for publication must comply with all rules required by the "Higher Education Institutions Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive". None of the actions listed under the title of "Actions Contrary to Scientific Research and Publication Ethics" in the directive should be performed.

The corresponding author is responsible for complying with the ethical rules within the scope of the "TR Index Journal Evaluation Criteria" and for submitting the necessary permission documents to the journal.
