Double-Blind Peer Review System
Our journal adopts a double-blind peer review system. In this system, authors do not know the identities of the reviewers, and the reviewers do not know the identities of the authors of the manuscripts they evaluate. This ensures an objective and fair evaluation process.

Reviewer Selection
Each manuscript is sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts and academically competent in the relevant field. The reviewers assess the manuscript based on its scientific content, originality, methodological consistency, and contribution to the literature. The editorial board of the journal evaluates and selects the appropriate reviewers.

Evaluation Process
Reviewers are expected to assess the manuscripts objectively, fairly, and in accordance with confidentiality principles. The review process generally takes 4-6 weeks, and reviewers are expected to provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Reviewers offer recommendations to the editors on whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected.

Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers are expected to evaluate the submitted works based on the following criteria:

Originality and novelty of the study
Methodological accuracy and appropriateness
Reliability and consistency of the results
Contribution to the literature
Adherence to ethical guidelines
Language and clarity of expression in the manuscript
Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality
Reviewers must not have any conflicts of interest regarding the manuscripts they evaluate. If a conflict of interest arises, reviewers should inform the journal editor and withdraw from the review process. All information obtained during the review process must be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.

Revision and Re-evaluation
If reviewers suggest revisions, the manuscript is returned to the authors for changes. The revised manuscript may be sent back to the reviewers for further evaluation. Reviewers have the right to reject the manuscript again if the revisions are deemed insufficient.

Final Decision
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the final decision is made by the editor-in-chief and the editorial board. Reviewer reports are taken into account in determining whether the manuscript will be accepted, rejected, or further revisions will be requested.
