The Malatya Turgut Özal University Journal of Business and Management Sciences is an international peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually. The journal adopts an open-access publishing model and aims to disseminate original and high-quality scholarly research in the field of business and management sciences.
Research articles written in Turkish and English are published following a double-blind peer review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on originality, methodological rigor, and contribution to the field.
In line with its open-access policy, all content is freely accessible. The journal does not charge any submission, evaluation, or publication fees (Article Processing Charges – APC). The editorial process is conducted strictly in accordance with academic ethical principles and scientific quality standards.
