School Heads Association Children's emotional, mental, social and physical development depends on a happy and effective school life. The main actors who will ensure this are school administrators. The School Heads Association is a civil platform representing the school administration profession and its members, founded with this awareness. It is a non-profit non-governmental organization established to establish a solidarity and sharing network among school administrators in Turkey, to represent them, to empower them, to make them visible, and to raise their social status. SHA has a member profile consisting of principals and vice principals of public and private schools at Pre-K12 level in Turkey, teachers who are considering becoming school administrators, and researchers, academics and educators who are interested in school administration. SHA organizes international conferences, social and cultural events, campaigns, workshops, professional development trainings and publishes reports, policy briefs and books. |
