SAJ (School Administration Journal / Okul Yönetimi Dergisi) publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed articles that contribute to the academic understanding of educational leadership, policy, and management at all educational levels. The journal aims to foster scholarly discourse on both traditional and emerging issues in school administration, including leadership practices, policy analysis, and the impacts of external crises on educational systems. It is published under a continuous publishing model.
To prevent time loss for authors and ensure the timely contribution of current research to the literature, every submitted manuscript is promptly processed. In this context, the journal aims to complete the preliminary evaluation within 7 days, the double-blind peer review within 60 days, and the publication of accepted works within a maximum of 90 days.
