Matthew Muscat-Inglott is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Community Services, MCAST. His duties at the institute include lecturing research methods, tutoring students undertaking their undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, and carrying out research. Matthew carries out research in the fields of vocational education, sport, and exercise for health, and regularly publishes in a range of local and international journals.
I am a football/futsal coach educator and a full-time academic professor with a specificity in neuromuscular and cardiovascular physiology. My current research interests focus on the effects of training load monitoring, exercise recovery intervention on autonomic nervous function, effects of biofeedback training on cardiovascular adaptation, and effects of ageing on neuromuscular function, physical activity and health, and football/futsal sciences.
Prof. Dr. Gözde Ersöz is a faculty member in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching at Marmara University. She is an academic specialized in the psychosocial dimensions of sport, particularly in sport and exercise psychology, sport management, and behavioural sciences in sport. Throughout her academic career, she has published numerous research articles, books, and book chapters, and has presented more than 100 papers at national and international scientific conferences.
Within her project experience, she has supervised many TÜBİTAK student research projects, supporting the academic development of undergraduate students. She has also been involved in several Erasmus+ projects focusing on the social impact of sport, inclusion, coach education, and child safeguarding in sport environments. Through these activities, she actively contributes to the development of sport culture and the strengthening of the Paralympic movement.
Integrating academic expertise with field and governance experience, Prof. Dr. Ersöz serves as a member of the Scientific Board of the Turkish National Olympic Committee and as the Chair of the Education Commission of the Turkish National Paralympic Committee. She has also held committee and board memberships in several national sport organisations, including the Turkish Water Polo Federation, Turkish Basketball Federation, Turkish Taekwondo Federation, the Sport Sciences Association, and the Association of Exercise and Sport Psychology.
Andy Lin is an Associate Professor at the Center for Teacher Education, National Taiwan Sport University in Taoyuan, Taiwan. His research focuses on PETE and PE curriculum and instruction. He has published works on preservice teacher development and educational policies in sport pedagogy.
